Swarms of official representatives flew to Astana with a grave topic to discuss.
The only advanced notice given to them was the telegram by the Supreme Chancellor saying "We must not falter and waste time. There is a grave matter at fact we must meet and discuss before its too late."
The topic at hand for them was the mass involvement in the Chinese Civil War and their expansionism.

The Kazakhstani Prime Minister, Jakob Adormel, recieved the ambassadors with a solemn look of confusion. As he accepted them on the airport runway, he squinted his eyes, trying to focus his poor eyesight.
"Greetings, my friends." He spoke in perfect Russian. "What issue does your haste concern?"

The Embassadors greated the Prime Minister kindly for having them, and quickly began on the matter at hand.
"We regret to inform you that your countrie's wellbeing is much in danger right now. Having a western border with China is a vile risk that must be taken care of immediately. There are thousands if not millions of Chinese living within your borders. They are attempting to ruin you from within. With their own country in chaos they seek refuge in its neighboors and attempt to build up there before returning to fight. We cannot allow that. There were already many border incidents with me and china were war parties attempted to enter my country illegally.
With the chances of entering north gone, they headed out and began to head west towards your country. Once they enter, they will overthrow you, take your resources and men and use that to fight their wars. Chaos can only bring more chaos and thats what we must stop from happening.
We still have the matter of those living within your country. Many of the men captured in Russia squaled about where their associates in here are hidding. If you will allow us we will watch your border and we will cleanse your nation of such filth. They are all over the streets, acting as spies, gathering intel and gaining influence."
The embassedors acted as if they were at the upmost concern for the prime minister and gently patted his shoulder saying they will be stopped.
"So, will you allow us to help you rid yourselves of these problems?"

Adormel sat back in his large chair, his leg crossed and his mind in complentation. After the ambassador's long speech, he sighed, stood up, and looked at the floor.
"Get out of my country, and never return."

"Be that as you may, but remember. Everyone around you is dying the big bussiness of america and china are gone forever. Bordering both me and china has left you very well off. Now that they are both gone, how will you manage if you send your greatest ally away?"

"There is no justification for persecution. I will not allow you to create another holocaust." He said. Guards from the Kazakhstani Protectorate Forces entered, and with their large rifles, ushered the men out of the office.

Upon their arrival back to Russia. The embassdors found a very pissed off Chancellor awaiting them. Hearing of the news before they could reach him.
"Failures! Thats what you are! I dont care how we get it done, but I want that land now!"
One of the embassadors looked at him and suggested maybe a full out invasion was the answer.
The Chancellor snaped "Invasion! I want the country to be mine, not destroyed!"
"We could cut off trade sir, with china gone we are their largest supplier of goods by a long shot sir."
The chancellor looked at the man and shook his hand.
"I like that idea alot, a very good idea indeed."
