The United Balkan Republic would be glad to sell the Republic of Slovenia the borderland and the Istrian Peninsula for 1 billion Republic credits, which will be deposited into the UBR's economy at a long term payment plan taking 3 years.

Does your offer also include the region of Rijeka ( the part of it next to Istria) and the nearby islands (Krk, Cres, Brijuni, Northern part of Losinj)? OOC: Heres a map to help you out  |

While we understand why you need to give a high price to such important land, your offer is a bit too costly. We offer to pay 25 billion over the period of 12 years for the next lands:
-Raba
-Istra
-Rijeka
-Islands: Krk, Cres, Brijuni, N. part of Losinj

The UBR will sell the designated islands, Rijeka and Istria for 20 billion over 10 years.

Thats is acceptable. We have a deal. While it is a shame you refuse to sell Raba, we are certain our people will be taken care of well in the UBR.
