Military Organization Policy
Standard military organization is a must, and a full ORBAT of information per military unit in a country and where the unit is stationed is REQUIRED.
Your military can only be a maximum of 7% of your total population, and please use your population to an advantage in MODERATION.
Research is required to find your military, and new weapons and their statistics can be upgraded or made in a realistic time frame. Remember the time rule! The B-2 Stealth bomber took a DECADE to produce, whereas the M-1 Garand took five weeks. (Then again, John C. Garand was a friggin' genius.)
A well rounded army is best. After you take a country, add its population to yours and you may adjust your military accordingly.
Loss Policy
Should you take a substantial amount of losses in a division that is invading a country, you must wait 1 week in real time to replenish your strength. Material such as tanks depends on the country's industrial power, and may take even longer. Use your own judgement, and BE FAIR.
Please, follow these guidelines for military organization:

Navy
Due to the vast complexity in organizing and constructing a Navy, a guide on Naval affairs is hard to make, if not impossible. Please use at your own discretion.
