With the world falling into chaos it was clear that France would need to make its prescene known. They would help accomplish this by annexing Luxemberg. The country may have been small but they were still a country none the less and soon they would be part of France. Knowing that Luxemberg had a weak military France would deploy a battalions worth of Foreign Legion. The battalion would then break up into it's six companies and proceed into Luxemberg.
Total Personal: 750 (Split into 6 companies of 125 each. All armed with grenades, FAMAS Assault Rifles, MAB P15 Pistols, and Nightvision Goggles)
Equipment: 66 VAB Wheeled Armored Fighting Vehicle, Six LeClerc Main Battle Tanks, Three AS 532 Cougar Battlefield Surveillance Helicopter, 30 Eryx Heavy Anti-Armour Missile.

The six companies would advance into Luxemburg along their designated route. They would only fire unless fire upon and would remain mounted in the VABs unless engaged our halted.  |

Luxembourg is willing to negotiate a surrender.

The Foreign Legion troops still went into the country but followed the ROE of only to return fire. They would proceed straight to Luxemberg and would begin talks with the Luxemberg government over there surrender.

Luxembourg would like if the French soldiers would evacuate the country. They would also see to it that they would become a protectorate of France, but would also like to be able to independently govern themselves unless in a dire time of need.

France would like to establish the following terms with Luxemberg.
1. France is their governing body
2. A Garrison of an adittional 600 troops will be put in place along with the Luxemberg military.
3. Luxemberg adopts the French frank as their national currency
4. Luxemberg will self govern themselves but be known as part of France.
5. All Luxemberg citizens are now Frenchmen/women
