With the meetings going totally wrong, the Chancellor proposed that there be an embargo placed on Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister's face was seen all over russian news and he was accused of housing many terrorists with the agenda to spread the chaos of the world to the remaining civil nations.
With that said, all trade with them was cut off. Russian business could not run in Kazakhstan under federal law and all ties with them must be cut.
However under the Chancellor's rule, there were many aid depots positions outside the border for the Russian population living within there. They could come and would be given food and other supplies so that they wouldnt be affected as badly from the embargo.

Kazakhstan, cut off from its supply, is now looking to European nations for help. It wishes to purchase raw goods and foods to support itself, lest it be conquered by the Russians.

ooc: only problem is that they are landlocked in asia.
The Chancellor ordered a naval blockade to be placed in the caspian sea. Any ships entering or leaving will be interpreted as a threat and sunk. Also, Russia would like to declare that it is a no flyzone. Planes that flyover russia must state their destination and origin before attemptingt to enter russian air. Anyone is elligible to be shot down unless given the direct consent from the russian authorities to fly overhead.

The Kazakhstani Prime Minister has been assassinated. Prime Minister Georgi Beronovich has come into power, and requests to drop the Russian embargo. Kazakhstan is willing to become a protectorate of Russia.

We are glad to see that. All men in your military will be retrained and converted to the russian standards. Your total balance will merge with mine and so on.
As first order of business, the entire cabinet to the previous Prime Minister were gathered and charged with conspiracy againg russia and housing terrorists.
