It's sunny over the skys of the Czech Republic. The rolling hills in the countryside, while the Czech people go about their daily business seem so...tank infested. With flawless lightning war, the German Army begins it's sweep into the Czech Republic, aiming to make it the first addition to the Fourth Reich. Thrown into disarray, the Czech army begins to slowly mobilize, as the Germans march toward Prague. Aiming to claim each city on the march towards Prague, the Ninth and Tenth Infantry Divisions of Army Group C peel off towards Karlovy Vary with elements of the the 5th Armored and 3rd Artillery to take the city. Bombers from the 6th Air Wing begin bombing cities on the road towards Prague, including Karlovy Vary, Krivoklat, and Kutna Hora while the miscellanious jet fighters begin engaging the enemy air forces with a clear superiority.
In the mean time, Army Group A takes Usti Nad Lebom and continues onward towards Jich, where it will than block Czech reinforcements from the east from coming to Prague. Army Group B takes several towns and cities in the south, aiming to block Prague off from the south.
Occupation Force 1 continues marching towards Prague, several miles away from Krivoklat. The occupation force will take the city and wait for Army Group C to finish it's tasks in Pizen and Karlovy Vary and than do a joint assault on Prague. The 11th and 12th Infantry divisions and half of the 6th Armored, as well as several elements from the 3rd Artillery, march towards Pizen.

Throughout Karoly Vary, panic had arisen. Each soldier began to man their posts, and were engaging not only ground forces, but air forces as well. Immediately, the 1st and 2nd Fighter Air wings took off from Prague, willing to fight to the death to rescue the "encircled" units from the German menace.
- - -
In Prague, the military and morale was strong. The conscripts were being briefly trained on how to fire and reload their firearms, while the main military fired on German militants with long range artillery. AA defenses would keep them safe from the air superiority for a while, and would at least muster in some more reinforcements from the east before the Germans had a chance to surround the city.
- - -
In Hutna Kora, the men moved speedily to Prague to hold the capitol, abandoning the eastern front and effectively sealing the fate of the people east of the Vlativ River.

The attack on Karlovy Vary begins with a massive artillery bombardment across the entire city, as well as mass bombing. The German forces hoped to not even have to send fighting men into the city, except to occupy after it's surrender. The same thing begins in Pizen.
Meanwhile, more Artillery units link up with the Occupation Force 1 and begin assaulting Krivoklat. Bombing raids go throughout the country and the air forces dog fight in the skies.
Towards the North, Army Group A seizes Jich with minimal effort and casualties. Leaving a small garrison in the city, it peels down towards Kutna Hora and takes the defenseless city. Prague was now sealed from the east.
Taking the southern Czech cities, Army Group B meets with Group A, sealing Prague. Artillery from both groups begin counter-firing at the artillery in Prague.

In a matter of hours, citizens all over began to take up firearms in Prague and throughout the east, combatting German occupation forces. Shotguns and hunting rifles shot out throughout thousands of shanty towns, combatting the Germans with the help of their ingenuity.
- - -
With die-hard resistance, men in Prague began to fire back at artillery pieces with hopeful devestating accuracy and firepower. With scouts and snipers throughout the entire Czech countryside, it would take days for the Germans to find all of them; and they were all excellent at calling in artillery.
- - -
Karoly Vary forces are now abandoning their posts, and travelling east to Prague, fighting through small German forces to link up with the entirety of the main Czech army.

With the infantry divisions fighting brutally, using their artillery and armor to their advantage, politicans began to wonder if a surrender to Germany under their conditions would be appropriate.
