NORTH AMERICA - The United States has errupted into Civil War. Because of the stock market crash, various Native American tribes and most of the Eastern and Western United States are locked in a giant clash of arms on several fronts. As of yet, there is no "side", each state and various cities have formed their own "republics" to reclaim the executive order.
Canada is suffering from this civil war, but has annexed Alaska with little or no reprucussions. It is currently on a dangerous island hopping campaign in the Aleutian Island chain.
CENTRAL AMERICA - Mexico, Panama, and various nations are wishing for peace within North America to continue oil trade, and becoming isolationist.
SOUTH AMERICA - Brazil launched tactical air strikes against Columbia and Venezuela, and soon began to continue its grip against South America. Eventually, a coalition of Argentinian, Peruian, and various South American countries defeated the Brazilian Navy off of the Falkland Islands, and have since reclaimed Venezuela and are desperately fighting a stalemate war.
CARRIBEAN - Cuba, in light of the United State's misfortune, has invaded some cities in Florida and has annexed Jamaica.
AFRICA - South Africa annexed Lesotho and pushed into Tasmania. The AIDS virus and HIV are taking a direct toll on most African nations because of the US' civil war.
PACIFIC - Isolated, no recent news.
OCEANIA - Isolated, Australia has promised involvement in the US civil war but has yet to act.
ASIA - Chinese riots and protests, communism waning. Military action against citizens. Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia formed the Southeast Asian Alliance, and are currently classified as a "super power", and often push themselves into European powers. Japan has isolated itself, and is currently giving aid to numerous nations in their civil wars.
EUROPE - Oil in the Middle East was claimed without military action, and the world's supply of gasoline, oil and fossil fuels were split between each nation in Europe, Minor Europe, and Scandinavia, providing an abundance of petroleum and disbanding the European Union.
After 2006 A.D., the year was established as 1 A.H., or After Hope.
