Hungary, as a nation proposes that each nation of the above form the Euro-Balkan Alliance, which will include free trade and a mutual defense pact. Currently, our situation favors this policy, and we have no doubts that it would in the best interest for our people to have future security through this alliance.

Poland, a nation that has just had a complete change in goverment, is honored that your nation gave forth this allianance. We are glad to annouce, we shall accept and cheerise this pact between our two nations. Our Forgein Relations Officer, Kazimierz Orawski, shall be arriving in Budapest where he shall sign the treaty, and hope in creating Free Trade with Hungary and mabye the creation of an Embassy within your nation.
