2 Great powers strive in Eastern Europe. Poland and Russia. Though one was a puppet of the other for 40 years, they stand up for themselves.
Poland would like to offer Russia a Non Agression Pact between our nations.
1) Neither nation can attack each other, Politically, Ecomonmicly or by Military.
2) Each nation stays out of the others natons doings in the World, unless talks between each others Goverments have commenced
Poland would like to know if the Russian Goverment has anything to add?
