To: The United Kingdom, Kingdom of Norway, The Fourth Reich of Germany From: L'empire de la France Subject: Paris Confrence
To my most respected neighbors and friends. I would like to invite all of you to Paris to discuss an economic and defensive alliance. It is clear that other parts of the world begin to rally to a common cause and we must do the same in order to maintain ourselves as a nation. We would like to address the following issues, Minor Europe aggression, Balkan conflicts, Economic prosperity, Central Europe expansion, and African Imperialism. We wish that you get back to us as soon as possible as growing tension in the world may soon spark a greater conlfict in Europe.
Signed, Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin

The Prime Minister stood in the confrence room and greeted each man as he came in, "Hello, and welcome to Paris. As you all are aware I have called you here to discuss a possible alliance and if not that then a non-agression pact. As you know the world is falling apart and to ensure our counrties safety and sovergienty will require strong allies and I hope to find those strong allies in you. First I would like to hear your ideas of a strong treaty so that I will better understand what you want out of this." He then took a seat and waited for a reply.

Heinrich Jäiger sat silently at his chair in the French Conference room as de Villepin made the typical “How nice to see you all” speech. He’d heard it and given it too many times before but he was of course required to listen. Instead of directly answering his statement, he went on for introduction.
“The Kanzler and myself wish to thank the French people for having us.” He said, another thing that was long rinsed and repeated. He waited for the rest to give their introductions.

Prime Minister Blair entered the room, obviously disappointed in himself that he was the last to arrive.
"Hello all." Said the Prime Minister cheerfully. "I'm terribly sorry for my tardiness, have I missed anything?"

The Prime Minister looked about the room and was now ready to start, "Gentlemen, Im glad you all could make it. As you know the world is falling apart and many nations are now making land grabs, and this includes France except we have moral reasons behind it. However we are not here to discuss that. We are here to discuss a possible military and economic alliance. I already know many of you are having talks with other nations but you must not become one sided and close doors already. You must leave every option open in this world of uncertain times. Now I wish to ask you all what you see fit as a proper alliance and then from there we shall work out a final draft." The Prime Minister sat down and waited for someone to take the floor so the proceeds could commense.

The Prime Minister put his opinion into play.
"I believe that, while there shou;d be some form of military obligations between menbers, such as mutral defense, the alliance should be primarily economic. We all have militaries that can easily defeat, or at least hold their own with any powers in Europe. However, we also have very large and efficient economies. I propose that, instead of fighting between eachother to become the most powerful economy remaining on Earth, we rise together. If we were to eliminate all trade barriers, and change currency laws, not necessarily a common currency, but deflate and inflate appropriately so that all our currencies are worth the same, our economies will prosper as a whole.

Should Germany join the NSA, we would like a formal non-agression pact with the NSA, as Germany is a key player and a major power in the EBA.

This is acceptable for France but it is not up to just one member to decide. We must all agree upon this. However if a deal is not worked out then France will sign a NAP with the United Balkan Republic on her own.

Jäiger decided he'd put his two cents in.
"It should be acknowledged that the Fourth Reich is already bound to an alliance, the Euro-Balkan Alliance. Due to this complicity, being tied into inter-crossing alliances would not serve the German people well, or those of the EBA. These are all good intentions, but in the most unfortunate event that our sides clash, the German people would be pressured into taking a side. I say, and I believe the Kanzler would agree, that we instead usher a Non-Agression Pact between the EBA and NSA."
He paused for a short breath before continuing, "Of course, this would have to be discussed further with members of the EBA."
