Southern European Alliance
President Louzziani, in the pursuit of peace has requested the following southern european nations form the SEA, bringing an alliance to the countrys of France, Spain, and any other country with a mediteranean sea port. This alliance is a mutual protection pact, helping to stop european agression, or atleast slow it.

France would like to know the boundaries and limitations that this alliance would have before we agree to anything.

Italian goverment officials go on to explain this alliance is being created to counter the EBA, wich will soon threaten western europe considering they have engaged in acts of imperialism in the balkins are are ordering country's not to strike at the balkins so that they may take the country first. Its basicaly an alliance wich shields South Western europe so it can not be so easily picked apart one by one.
Its a Mutual Protection pact for any agression taken against any country in SEA. However, if a country provokes agression. Such as, shows hostility towards country's wich have shown none to them, action by the SEA would not be required. SEA is basicaly ensured protection for neutral nations, a force wich is to counter imperialism in the east, as well as the many alliances forming against the west.

The French government will sign to such a treaty but we also encourage that there be economic benefits for all nations. We also suggest that we invite any Western European nation to join this and not just Southern Europe. Both the UK and perhaps Iceland could be benefictary to our cause after all.
