We in our Islamic Republic realize that you share similar ideals to our own. You wish to unite an isolated and weak area into a powerful united one. We wish to do the same, and that is why we propose an Alliance between our countries. This would strengthen both of our nations, as well as improve trade relations. We wish to hear your opinion in this matter.

The UBR gladly acknowledges this alliance and accepts it with gratitude. We would also like to organize a free trade route between the Adriatic and the Persian Gulf, and if interested, would like to further increase this alliance through a full military protection pact.
