The French government wishes to end our current conflict with as little blood spilled as possible. We shall end this conflict with you if you abide to the following.
1. Pay $25 million USD over 10 years to the French for reperations
2. You officially become part of France but maintain homerule
3. End all hostilities with the French or her allies
4. Allow the establishment of French Foreign Legion Bases to train men throughout the country.
5. Your military is reduced to 75,000 troops, only 15,000 active duty.
6. Country is under French Law and jurisdiction
