Surrender is to be conditional.
Terms:
The Czech Republic would become part of the German Reich, and as such is subject to all German law.
Former Czech officials will keep their former positions while under the advice of German advisors.
Citizens will become citizens of the Reich.
Germany will provide several billion dollars in reperations.
Czech militants will be re-trained as part of the German Bundeswehr and Luftwaffe.

To be frank, your situation is useless. We have you surrounded in your capitol, and the only thing further war will bring is more death and destruction. German victory is inevitable, and we plead for you to stop the surrender before more lives are wasted.
