TO: The Fourth Reich of Germany FROM: L'empire de la France
We would like to construct an embassy in Berlin and welcome you to build one in Paris. We would have 350 staff members as you are in the middle of Europe and a logical location for a central point in French politics. The embassy will have 30 French Foreign legion troops as guards and a further 15 guards that will not be in uniform. We wish to use all 30 acres, have five stories, and three helipads. We ask that you follow the same guidelines for an embassy in Paris if you decide to build one.
Signed, Président Jacques Chirac

To: The Fourth Reich of Germany From: Republic of Slovenia
Since we are together in the EBA, we think it would be wise to enstrenghten our diplomatic ties. That is why we request if we can build an embassy in Berlin. Of course, we will allow you to do the same in Ljubljana.
Sincerily,
Janez Drnovshek, President of Slovenia
