-Can be built in Cardiff, Edinbrugh, or London. -Height restrictions are 3 stories in Cardiff and Edinbrugh, 5 in London. -At most 350 staff members. -At most 1/5 of staff may be armed guards, 10 of whom may be undercover. -At most 25 acres in London, 35 in Cardiff or Edinbrugh. -At most 3 helipads. -Embassy is subject to ALL British law.
