As you may know the French people have voted and made it clear that they want the military to rule the French populace. This has freed up a substantal sum of money for the military to invest in new technology. We would like to use some of this money to purchase the rights to your Tiger Attack Helicopter. We are willing to pay a large sum of money if we are allowed to produce this fine aircraft.
Signed, Lieutenant Général/Premier Ministre Jean Tocqueville

TO: L'empire de la France FROM: The Fourth Reich of Deutschland SUBJECT: Acceptance of Tech tade
Guten Tag to the people of France! The German people, with their vast new technological advancements, are always willing to expend their technology to their allies and friends. For the right price, of course. A sum of 4 million marks will suffice. If this price is no good, than perhaps we can negociate for a better deal.
Mit Rücksicht, Heinrich Jäiger, Chancellor of Foreign Affairs, Fourth Reich of Deutschland
